Q. Does it cost anything to use this service?

A. This service is completely free.

Q. What’s a credit and how can I get it?

A. For every message received you will receive 1 free credit which you can use to forward or reply to this message

Q. How can I use my credits?

A. For every message received you will receive 1 free credit (1 credit = 1 message). You may build up credits to use at a later date or for other messages. You can either reply to each message once or use all of your credits to reply to one particular message.

Q. Why do I receive a text notification message on my phone instead of a picture message itself?

A. You are likely to have a handset which is not capable of receiving multimedia messages or does not support particular contents (i.e. video).

Q. Can I reply the message?

A. Yes. You can send a new message to Vodafone mobiles, other Mobile Operator mobiles and email addresses.

Q. After how many days will my password expire?

A. For every message received you will receive a short message with your password. Nevertheless, this service will notify the new password whenever it expires.

Q. I have problems playing video clips with Quick Time, why?

A. Quick Time might not be the default video player for your web browser. Please, try to configure your browser in order to use Quick Time as default video player.

Q. Information is not displayed correctly, what shall I do?

A. You are likely to have a screen configuration with a points per inch value which is not capable of displaying the information properly. Please, we suggest setting up your screen with the value “96 ppi” to solve this problem.
